Let's suppose that you are the owner of a marketing website and you need to send regular emails to large number of recipients at the same time. It's not a good idea to use Microsoft Outlook or any other similar mail client at this point, as regular email clients were not designed for sending messages to large numbers of recipients at the same time. Instead, you could just install and use K-ML.

This Windows program was specially designed for helping you send emails to numerous email addresses with a single click and also monitoring the sending process to each address, for making sure that each recipient receives the email message without problems. After installing and running the software, the user will first need to write the actual message. He can change the font size, color, style and can even add various media elements to the body of the email, like images or audio clips. One can also import complete webpages to the email body.

After the email message has been composed, the next step is to launch the "Mailing list editor" from the top drop-down menu and then define the list of users to whom the message will be sent to. The list of users can be manually created or it can be imported from various file types, like CSV, XML and so on, for saving time and effort. Having configured all these settings, the user can send the email to the list of recipients just by clicking on the large "Send" button. At this point, the interface of K-ML will display real-time information about each email message being sent and the user will be able to easily spot all possible errors, for example recipients for which the message was not delivered.
